National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Bolaji Abdullahi, has announced his resignation from the party.
Abdullahi, who is a political associate of the Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki, had on Tuesday denied he had defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) along with his principal.
But in a statement shared on his Twitter handle on Wednesday, the former sports minister said he decided to resign as APC spokesman because his “loyalty is constantly brought into question”.
