Nigerian singer, Ahmed Ololade, better known as Asake, has featured Grammy award winner and Gabriella Wilson, popularly known as H.E.R., on the remix of his hit single ‘Lonely At The Top’.
The remix was released on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
H.E.R. whose also known for her dexterity on the guitar disclosed the news of her appearing on the remix on her official Instagram handle on Wednesday, saying, “Asake, you’re amazing!!! Lonely at the top remix drops at midnight!!!!!!!”
Lonely at the top is one of Asake’s ‘Work Of Art’ album released in 2023.
Nigeria dominated the newly introduced Best African Music Performance category for the 2024 Grammy Award alongside South Africa’s Tyla on the nominee list for the most prestigious music award.
Asake and Olamide’s ‘Amapiano’, Burna Boy’s ‘City Boys’, Ayra Starr’s ‘Rush’, Davido and Musa Keys’ ‘Unavailable’, and Tyla’s ‘Water’ were the nominees in the newly created category.
