Nigeriaโ€™s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu,

The Northern Nigeria Minorities Group has hailed SenatorOluremi Tinubu, First Lady of Nigeria, for raising N20.5 billion through the Oluremi @65 Education Fund to complete the long-abandoned National Library project.

In a statement signed by its Convener, Chief Jacob Edi (Kakaki Bassa-Nge),the group described the initiative as historic, noting that Senator Tinubu is the first Nigerian First Lady to deploy her influence to champion a national project of such scale and public value.

According to the group, the First Lady has set herself apart from predecessorsby prioritizing education and youth development over personal aggrandisement.
