Before his arrest suspected kidnapper, John Iyon, showed off his lavish lifestyle on social media. The Bayelsa born suspect who also shared videos showing his support for the All Progressives Congress Bayelsa State governorship candidate, David Lyon, is now in police custody over allegations of kidnapping.
Lyon in a trending clip has a pair of boxers and looked a shadow of is well-packaged self as he pleaded for forgiveness as he claimed that his wife was just delivered of a baby boy.
He was arrested in Abuja after being traced from Bayelsa State.
In the viral video, Iyon, who was handcuffed, claimed he had only participated in two kidnapping operations before his arrest.
Crying, he said, “Forgive me, make una forgive me, my wife just born sef, a boy.”
But the victim could be heard rejecting his apology and promising to indentify and testify against him court.
Meanwhile the clip of Lyson’s arrest has been discussed across the social media. Paul Okoye of recently duo P.Square in his reaction warned women to mind the kind of men they hang out with.
