Wife of the Senate President, Mrs. Ekaette Akpabio, has threatened to sue Senator Natasha Akpoti over her allegations of sexual harassment against her husband, Senator Godswill Akpabio.
Speaking to journalists on Friday, Mrs. Akpabio, extolled her husband’s character, stressing that he is a disciplined and jovial man who respects women.
Earlier, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan had alleged on Arise TV on Friday morning that battles in the Senate began after she rejected Akpabio’s sexual advances.
Reacting to the allegation, Mrs. Akpabio recounted the cordial relationship between both families, dismissing the allegations as a figment of Natasha’s wild imagination.
She further said she was present at their family residence on December 8, 2023, the alleged date of the incident while emphasising that their families have maintained a long-standing relationship, even before Senator Natasha’s marriage.

Meanwhile, Natasha had earlier dragged Senator Akpabio and his Senior Legislative Aide to court for defamation.
