It is alleged that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC)for the Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency of Delta State Tamuno Obriki for allegedly defrauding a businessman of N150 Million
Obriki who is gunning for the House of Representatives Bomadi/Patani Federal constituency was arrested In Abuja on Wednesday.
According to a source in the EFCC“ Obriki is in EFCC custody for N150million naira fraud (419) he would soon be charged to court once investigations are concluded”.
When contacted spokesman for the EFCC, Wilson Uwajaren promised to confirm the arrest of the politician, but hadn’t done this as at press time.
