Another controversial social media personality, Martins Vincent Otse better known as, Very Dark Man, released the clip in October.
Oyewale told the blog, Bobrisky was arrested and detained so he can help in the investigation of the bribery allegation made in the audio recording. He said Bobrisky was invited for questioning following the release of the audio but he refused to show up, forcing the agency to arrest him.
Bobrisky has however denied being the person heard in the audio tape after a letter from lawyers representing Femi Falana (SAN) and his entertainer son, Falz, demanding an apology failure of which would lead to both men seeking legal redress.
On the night of his arrest, Bobrisky raised alarm that he was mishandled by the EFCC, pleading for the public to come to his rescue. He also shared pictures showing his injured body.
