Chelsea FC young star, Cole Palmer and his girlfriend of three months, Connie Grace have become red-carpet official.
The lovebirds hit the red carpet for the gala at Kensington Roof Gardens in London alongside his girlfriend, making a rare public appearance as a couple. As per The Sun, Connie was also pictured with Palmer after he won the PFA Young Player of the Year award in September, and they were spotted on holiday together in Ibiza the previous month.
Palmer, who donned a tuxedo and bowtie for the event, also brought his mum, Marie, along and posed beside her on the red carpet.
