Deacon Chike Okafor, for building the project, described all he has done for the church as a show of extravagance of love, amid tumultuous applause from the crowd.

The bishop opined that Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor, has been an exceptional representative of the people, who places emphasis on achieving greater results for his people. He fervently prayed for him that for always remembering the church, whatever he does and seek, he shall continue to get and prosper.

In his earlier remarks, Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor, enumerating the myriad of projects which he had accomplished for the church in the past through robust engagements, and assured that he will always do his best for the mother Church, promising to remain focused and development driven, at all times.” It is possible that as a federal house member, I can put money for this project in items like services where the money can be frittered into pocket, it’s completely under my whims and caprices to do that…. But as a responsive, effective and efficient representative of the people, who’s very focused and development driven, I will continue to do more for my people.

“I believe that the only reason for holding political appointment either elective or appointive is to bring development closer to my immediate constituency, and in that, i shall always stand.

“So what i have done in the last couple of years since i joined politics, both in the State or Federal level, is to see how much legacy or impact that i can make in my Constituency, and until Jesus comes, anybody that comes to this place will know that this project was done courtesy of Hon. Chike Okafor.

On his great effort in education and healthcare services to the people of his federal Constituency, Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor, explained that he’s aggressively pursuing that in show of support to the government of Governor Hope Uzodinma, in his avowed effort to transform both sectors.

” I have so many Health and Educational projects which I have done in Okigwe South Federal Constituency, and one of the reason being that, I’m looking for a way to offer massive support to the State government in her cautious and concerted efforts in revamping both sectors. I’m using what i have in the National Assembly to support the government of Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, to transform Imo State. ” If in the next couple of weeks, the government is looking at doing classroom blocks, they’ll say there’s one standing here, hence, they’ll move to other places to ensure that in the next two years or more that all the needs of our schools in Imo State and Okigwe South in particular, are addressed.

The event witnessed the presence of the school’s Old Girls Association (OGA), the school’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA), many traditional rulers from Ehime Mbano local government and president generals across the 31 autonomous communities in Ehime Mbano, led by Comrade Joe Odoemelam.

So many personalities equally graced the event, such as the APC zonal Chairman Mr Kenneth Nwachukwu, Ehime Mbano APC Chairman Mr Austin Nwachukwu, former commissioner for Youth and Sports in Imo State, Hon. Ifeanyi Onwueyiagba, leaders of APC in Okigwe South and community leaders within and beyond Ehime Mbano.
