Ex-Lagos police commissioner, Tsav, dies at 81

Former Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav, is dead.

Tsav died at Federal Medical Centre, Makurdi on Monday, The PUNCH reports.

The paper quoted the Personal Assistant to the deceased, Torkuma Uke, as confirming Tsav’s death.
