FG suspends FEC meetings indefinitely over Coronavirus

The Federal Government on Monday announced the indefinite postponement of the weekly Federal Executive Council meetings.

This is just as it also announced a four-week closure of all land borders as part of measures to curtail the spread of the coronavirus.

Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, made the announcement in Abuja, on Monday.

He said the weekly FEC meeting has been suspended “until further notice”.
