Here is a picture many people are talking about in Bayelsa State and it has Governor Seriake Dickson meeting with a man who is said to be his newspaper vendor for many years.
Special Adviser on Media to the governor, Fidelis Soriwei, posted on Facebook on Sunday, that Dickson gifted the vendor a new stall at Ekeki Park Yenagoa to use for his business.
