Respite has come the way of controversial musician, Abdulazeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley, as a Magistrate Court sitting in Sabo, Yaba, Lagos State, on Tuesday, acquitted him in relation to the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba, better known as Mohbad.

Channels TV reports that Magistrate Ejiro Kubenje, who read and implemented the legal advice issued by the Directorate of Public Prosecution, Lagos, said that Naira Marley had no case to answer.
Samson Balogun better known as Sammy Larry, a close associate of Naira Marley’s was also let off the hook, as the court reportedly freed him and a friend of the Late Mohbad, Owodunni Ibrahim, also called Primeboy; and Mohbad’s former manager, Opere Babatunde.
