
Four members of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the House of Representatives have announced their defection from the party.
The members who have left include Rep. Abiodun Awoleye-Dada, who moved to the Accord party, Rep. Samuel Segun-Williams, who switched to the Labour Party and Rep. Lawan Hassan-Anka, who has joined the Peoples Democratic Party.
The fourth member, Rep. Adedapo Lam Adesina, has defected to the African Democratic Congress.
The Speaker Yakubu Dogara announced the defections on the floor of the House in Abuja.
