Jurgen Klopp’s men were in irresistible form and had scored three by half-time, with Naby Keita and Trent Alexander-Arnold smashing in stunning strikes from distance.
Despite Chelsea fighting back in the second half, it was the German and his title winners who are now enjoying the occasion and have lifted the Premier League trophy on the Kop end.
Jordan Henderson had the honour of lifting the trophy after the club clinched the title for the first time in 30 years
