In December 2018, Dream Soul Entertainment signed talented singer and producer NoTrace to a N90 million deal. Many wondered if the Abuja label led by its inimitable, front woman Jolly Nnenna Abani would keep to its promise. Gladly, the last eleven months has seen Dream Soul Entertainment score many firsts with Notrace, with speculations that his album could probably be the most star-studded debut album for an upcoming artiste in recent times.
On Sunday November 24, the artiste born Kennedy Chukuwma Aja hosted the official presentation of his collabo with Afro Pop star, Davido, titled ‘I’m blessed’. The uplifting single is a follow up to earlier chart climbers ‘Melanin’ and “Bigger Than’, which features dancehall maestro, Patoranking.
The event held at upscale hangout, Spices, gave Notrace and his record label the opportunity to review the progress made in the last one year. It also witnessed members of the media speak on the discography of the artiste.
Following the unveiling of the lively video of ‘I’m Blessed’, Entertainment Editor of Leadership newspaper, Anthony Ada Abraham, DJ Scot of Brilla FM, Cool FM On-Air-Personality, Mr. Gee and another colleague from Hot FM, Joey took turns to speak on the new release, with accolades showered on Notrace. The consensus was that “I’m Blessed” will be well received by millions of music lovers, especially with 2020 around the corner.
Notrace who mounted the stage to thank fans, the media and his record label for the support in the last one year, promised to continue to work hard to produce songs that will inspire good feelings.

Dream Soul Director, Jolly Abani who hailed Davido’s love for talented upcoming artistes like Notrace, said working on the singer’s debut album has seen them travel to different countries, with him scoring good collaborations with established acts like Davido, Patoranking and Runtown. She expressed joy at industry players including top speaking of a big future for her signee.
