President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha Buhari are in Daura have cast their votes.
The incumbent Nigerian president and his wife have already cast their votes.
In the same vein, PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and his wife, Titi Abubakar have cast their votes in Adamawa state.
Saraki commends peaceful conduct of polls, says turnout impressive.
On his part, Bukola Saraki, Senate President, has expressed satisfaction with the massive turnout of voters in Kwara State for the Presidential and National Assembly election in the state.
Saraki who was accompanied by his wife, Toyin Saraki, mother, Florence Saraki and eldest son, Seni, cast his vote at 10.20am at Ode Opobiyi Polling Unie (005/006), in Ajikobi ward of Ilorin West local government.
He commended the peaceful atmosphere witnessed in the exercise and urged residents to maintain such postures.
The Senate President enjoined the electorate to remain patient to enable them cast their vote within the stipulated time frame.
Saraki, expressed grave concern over late arrival of voting materials to some polling units within Ilorin metropolis.
He called on the Commission to address all the observed anomalies in subsequent elections.
Speaking earlier, Abubakar Suleiman, Director General of Kwara PDP Mandate 2019 Campaign, had expressed concern over the late arrival of materials as well as the reported malfunctioning of card readers in some parts of the metropolis. He called on INEC to handle the matter without delay.
In Kano State, Governor Ganduje, voted at 10.30, along with his wife, at a polling booth in Ganduje Special Primary School Voting Centre.

Ganduje voted at his 008 polling unit in Ganduje, in Dawakin-Kudu LGA of Kano state.
However in Kogi State, Governor Yahaya Bello has expressed dissatisfaction with the Independent National Electoral Commission following the malfunctioning of the card reader at Agasa polling unit 11 where the Governor and his wife were registered to vote.
Bello who arrived at the polling unit few minutes after 8am, was unable to be accredited due to malfunctioning card reader, just as expressed displeasure no single voter has been accredited by INEC officials as at 9.20am.
“You are all witnessing the inefficiency of INEC, I pray this is an isolated case,” he said.
Bello however cast his vote exactly 9.50am when an alternative card reader was provided at unit 11, Agasa in Amuche.
Meanwhile voting has started in almost all the polling units in Okene. Women out-numbered men.
In a related development, Nigerian Army personnel have taken over the security of the busy Benin/Auchi highway in Edo to safeguard the conduct of the ongoing general elections, according to Agency report.
The Benin-Auchi expressway which links the Southern part of the country to the Northern part through Okene in Kogi State, has been heavily barricaded with armed soldiers strategically positioned to diffuse any alternative plans to disorganise the exercise.
Reports coming from Rivers state shower that voting has started in many local council areas.
But, in Bonny axis, voters stopped materials from moving saying they are shorting.
In Degema LGA, shooting was reported. Police confirmed but said the crises are being resolved.
INEC REC said except insecurity reasons, materials arrived at LGAs and RACs.
In Eleme axis, looting and destruction of electoral materials was prevalent.
Trending report from Abeokuta, Ogun State stated that Governor Ibikunle Amosun was mobbed by angry electorates.
In Bayelsa state, former President Goodluck Jonathan, who cast his vote, declined to comment on who he voted for, stressing that his comments could be misconstrued as breach of the provisions of the Electoral Act.
