The Honourable Member representing Ado/Ogbadigbo/Okpokwu Federal Constituency, Dr. Francis Ottah Agbo has sent warm felicitations to foremost educationist and literary icon, Prof. Jerry Agada, on his 68th birthday.
Prof. Agada was born on the 11th of November 1952 at Orokam, Ogbadigbo Local Government of Benue State.
Dr. Ottah Agbo in a statement by his Media Adviser, Mr. Andrew Agbese, described Prof. Agada as a literary giant who has used his works to promote good human virtues like hard work and industry while showcasing the culture and tradition of the Idoma people.
The Lawmaker, popularly known as the Ozigizaga of Enone, extolled Prof. Agada for his contribution to the development of education in Nigeria through the various administrative positions he has held as head of various institutions and as Minister of State for Education.
Dr. Ottah Agbo said Prof Agada has as a multi award-winning writer, inspired many young people to develop their talents, skills and pursue their dreams.
The Lawmaker who is the chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Narcotic Drugs prayed the Almighty God to continue to bless the Professor by giving him longer life, good health and strength to keep serving the country and humanity.
