The member representing Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency of Oyo State in the House of Representatives, Rep. Temitope Olatoye, popularly known as Sugar is dead.
Tribune Online reports that he died at the intensive care unit of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, on Saturday, evening, following a gunshot wound he sustained.
The lawmakers was was shot in the eye by unknown gunmen in Ibadan.
A reliable source at the UCH, Ibadan, had confirmed the incident to Tribune Online.
