The Supreme Court has announced Thursday for the judgment on the appeals by the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party, Peter Obi, respectively.
After losing at the Presidential Election Tribunal, Atiku and Obi approached the apex court to set aside the judgment by the tribunal which affirmed the election of President Bola Tinubu.
The Punch quotes Supreme Court’s Director of Information, Dr. Festus Akande, as saying that the judgment on the appeals had been scheduled for tomorrow.
“Tomorrow, Thursday, has been fixed for the judgment on the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi”. he was quoted as saying.
