Suspended Rivers Gov, Siminilayi Fubara made his first public appearance at Salvations Ministry Port-Harcourt for the Sunday service.
President Bola Tinubu declared a state of emergency on Tuesday March 18, in oil-producing Rivers State and suspended the state governor, his deputy and members of the state house of assembly.
