Selena Gomez has announced her engagement to songwriter Benny Blanco.
The actress and singer posted a picture of a large engagement ring on Instagram, with the caption “forever begins now”. The couple confirmed their relationship last year.
Pop star Taylor Swift was among the famous figures to offer congratulations.
Prior to Blanco’s proposal, the star was tied to a number of A-list hunks, most famously Blanco’s collaborator Justin Beiber, 30.
Gomez also dated The Weeknd, Zedd, Nick Jonas, Taylor Lautner and Zayn Malik.
Selena is best known in Nigeria for contributing to the huge success of Afrobeats artiste, Rema’s single, ‘Calm down’.
